Good Eats at the Boyden Valley Harvest Festival

The annual Boyden Valley Harvest Festival is being held Saturday and Sunday, September 22nd & 23rd.

Founded by David & Linda Boyden, Boyden Valley Winery was the first licensed winery in Vermont, and was awarded a Daysie for best winery in Vermont in the 2012 Seven Days reader’s choice awards.

Food and wine tastings will be available all day; local Vermont food vendors participating this year include Marsh Hollow jams, Boston Post Dairy, Smugglers' Notch Distillery, Shelburne's O Bread Bakery, and the Northeast Kingdom's Per's Smoked - as in fish.

In adition, there will be hayrides, Meet & Greet with the wine makers, opportunity to taste some wine grapes, Grape Stomping, and more!

The proceeds from the specialty food and wine pairing (featuring products from participating vendors) will be donated to Camp Takumta .
